We provide practice sheets for your own study of hiragana/katakana and focus on conversation skill in the class.  Basic grammar is introduced. By the end of this course, you will know how to write your own name, introduce themselves, ask and tell time; use numbers, and learn about 20 kanji and a limited vocabulary (about 190 words) using present tense.

Japanese 102

The vocabularies are based on daily life, work, play, etc.Students continue learning to express likes and dislikes, make suggestions, introduce friends, and speak of daily activities in the present tense.  By the end of this course, you will learn about 200new words & 20 new kanji and know how to buy things at store and order at restaurant.
